You won’t have to travel all the way to the East Coast to enjoy delicious lobster this summer.  To get that buttery soft flavour, the easiest way to enjoy lobster is with sous-vide at home.

What is sous-vide cooking?

Often, sous-vide cooking can help cook food to the exact temperature to ensure that is cooked thoroughly without overcooking. The items are placed inside a vacuum-sealed bag and placed in hot water with no risk of overcooking. The result: the perfect cooking point and even cooking result from the edge to the core every time.

The easiest sous-vide lobster recipe to try at home

  1. Fill a large pot with warm water. Attach the sous-vide stick to the pot and set the temperature to 130 degrees F (54 degrees C) and the time to 30 minutes.
