The room’s décor is inspired by the world famous Idaho potato and includes artwork such as Marilyn Monroe donning a burlap Idaho potato sack and other Potato-related memorabilia. The Potato Suite is a deluxe king room featuring a private furnished balcony overlooking downtown Boise, a gas fireplace, and a butler’s pantry.

To celebrate National Fry Day on July 13th, The Inn at 500 Capitol is offering an Idaho Potato Package for guests to enjoy unlimited fries from Boise Fry Co. Rates start at $395/night for the Idaho Potato Package, and we can think of no better way to truly celebrate National Fry Day than spending it in a state synonymous with taters, lying in a plush bed and eating unlimited spuds.

The package includes one-night package is an all-day long supply of fries for two people from nearby Boise Fry Co., which serves up fries “with burgers on the side.” The local chain offers seasonal spuds including Russet, purple, gold, yam, sweet, and Laura, with a selection of daily cuts including shoestring, regular, homestyle, and po’balls.
