Rates start at $395/night for the Idaho Potato Package, and we can think of no better way to truly celebrate National Fry Day than spending it in a state synonymous with taters, lying in a plush bed and eating unlimited spuds.
The package includes one-night package is an all-day long supply of fries for two people from nearby Boise Fry Co., which serves up fries “with burgers on the side.” The local chain offers seasonal spuds including Russet, purple, gold, yam, sweet, and Laura, with a selection of daily cuts including shoestring, regular, homestyle, and po’balls.
Boise Fry Co. will also offer guests booking the package a behind-the-scenes fry experience (walking guests through the fry making process) that ends with a ketchup tasting and mixing demonstration. The company is known for its array of house-made dipping sauces with unusual flavours, like blueberry as well as sour Thai. The Boise Fry Co. also offers eight different kinds of salt for your fries – cinnamon ginger, vanilla, jalapeño, Cajun, horseradish, hickory-smoked, plain sea salt, and rosemary garlic.
