Named after  London’s most opulent neighborhood, Mayfair is today the perfect embodiment of a late 19th century English bar and posh ambiance located in Montreal’s Plateau borough. By being both a tea room and a night club, Mayfair has become throughout the years the perfect place for a girls night out, a romantic evening or simply a place to hang out just to feel like an aristocrat.

Featuring here is a cocktail worthy of mischief: “Noble Intentions” made with Hendricks’ gin, white hibiscus and pomegranate syrup and cider.

With weekly jazz nights happening on Tuesdays and DJs entertaining the crowd on the weekend, Mayfair never stops to mesmerize the audience. With teatime spiced with alcoholic beverages created by renowned mixologist Lawrence Picard, it was only a matter of time before Marie-Ève Lemieux from Lucilles came on board to rejuvenate Mayfair’s menu. The latter now offers affordable dishes all made from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients such as salmon gravlax, fish’ n’ chips, to homemade pasta and fried cauliflower all with prices ranging from C$7 to C$17.
