Have you ever been working on your computer and noticed that your eyes feel strained even though you don’t wear glasses? Have you ever been scrolling on social media on your phone and then had to take an eye break for a bit? This blue light is emitted from our electronic devices to display the crystal clear images that we love online. But it can also affect you in a number of negative ways. Blue light suppresses the release of melatonin in our brains, which leads to a lower quality of sleep, which in turn can contribute to a variety of negative health effects.
